XHub Funding

The Supergen Energy Networks Hub, Supergen ORE Hub and Supergen Energy Storage Network+, cross-hub call brought together Academics, Researchers, Practitioners and companies to explore the common challenges, synergies and opportunities with a goal to achieving step changes towards the highly ambitious net-zero carbon 2050 vision.

Funding was awarded to 4 cross-discipline collaborations from across the three Supergen Hubs in April 2021. Funding will enable new and adventurous research, ultimately leading to further grant applications through existing funding bodies.
