Isaac’s research explores the interactions between low carbon technologies (LCTs)—with a particular focus on electric vehicles (EVs)—and electrical distribution networks. Isaac is passionate about leveraging open data to improve our understanding of LCT adoption and usage patterns across the network, with a focus on generating insights at high spatial resolution. Isaac’s work also involves developing robust probabilistic models to forecast LCT adoption and demand, incorporating various sources of uncertainty. These models aim to support informed decision-making in network planning and contribute to the development of effective future policies..
